Pike Withers worked with CBRE on the fitout of 2 floors (800m2) of 35 Chandos Street St Leonards for Integria Healthcare, owners of natural healthcare brands including Thursday Plantation, Thompsons, Eagle, Eureka and Mediherb and partners with leading practitioner-only and retail brands. Their brief was to convey a message of health and wellbeing throughout the interior while maintaining a clean and functional aesthetic. Pike Withers introduced natural timbers and a fresh colour palette incorporating planting throughout the open plan areas. The space consists of reception/product display, meeting and training rooms, 40 staff positions and large breakout area.
