Pike Withers was commissioned by Ashington to work in collaboration with fashion designer Alex Perry, on the boutique luxury development “Ten Wylde Street” in Potts Point. With 180 degree views across Rushcutters Bay through to the harbour and city skyline, it consisted of 10 apartments ranging in size from 185sqm to 531sqm.The penthouse apartment had been sold for a record $20M however during the GFC the project was unfortunately cancelled.
