Cranbrook Care engaged Pike Withers to design an extension for their existing Aged Care Facility on Wycombe Road in Neutral Bay. The new structure is built around an existing heritage-listed residence, which houses the main reception, café, private dining, and library spaces. This refurbished heritage residence connects to a new, modern wing that includes 77 resident bedrooms, several private dining rooms, lounges, a wellness area, a gym, and a hair salon. Each space has been uniquely designed to provide residents and their families with a variety of experiences.
