Cranbrook Residences is a boutique retirement development comprising of 52 Independent Living Units developed by Cranbrook Care.  Pike Withers was engaged to design the interiors of all the ILU apartments as well as the Residential Aged Care Facility at 6 Fairway Drive, Kellyville.  The Development is a high-end contemporary design with architecture by Architectus.

Set among the peace and tranquility of the Castle Hill Country Club golf course, The Residences include facilities such as cinema, library, cafe, gym and wellness centre.
