Ipoh Pty Ltd, the owners of Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building, commissioned Pike Withers to redesign their Sydney Offices on level 4 of the QVB. The original fitout was stripped out to expose the buildings original Victorian shell. Offices were eliminated and all staff have been incorporated into a new open plan environment that takes advantage of the high ceilings and natural light across the floor.
