Pike Withers was engaged by Stewart and Jessica Parsons to design their first restaurant, Bronte Road Bistro in 2010. In 2016 they partnered with chef Cameron Johnson and took the lease of the old Claude’s Restaurant site at 10 Oxford Street, Paddington. They asked Pike Withers to create a relaxed local modern French bistro. The ground floor is dark and moody while the first floor with its large windows overlooking St Francis of Assisi Church is bright and crisp and features Libreria del Vino, a laser cut iron corten wine storage by Elite, To Be.

Together with Stewart Parsons of Bronte Road Bistro, [chef Cameron Johnson] has restored the two dining rooms to fine-dining luxe, with double-linened tables and that lovely Armani trademark olive green on the walls. The detail is high without being flashy, from the smartly panelled bar to the terraced herb garden at the rear of the courtyard.
