Pike Withers completed the Tempus Two Winery in the Hunter Valley in 2003. The design includes new cellar door and retail pavilions including private tasting rooms, VIP Lounge Bar, function areas and tasting bars. The interior design brief was to bring a modern and stylish interior with the quality level of a 5 star hotel to this $10 million development.
