Pike Withers was asked to design the Clubhouse and Wellness Centre for The Gables Halcyon LLC Lendlease Community for over 55/60 who love the Hills and are still working or active.
The facilities organised around the open function space, offer cinema room, library, games room Crafts and various lounges. A separate building with hobby shop and messy art, and the wellness centre adjacent to the outdoor pool. We approached the interiors with a soft, warm, and natural colour palette and timeless materials to create a sense of permanence.
